Front End Description:

FIT ON BMW  E30 ( 318, 325, i, is, e, es ) and more ! ( please contact us if your E30 is from 84 or 85 ! You will need a custom set of hubs )

Do you want to do a 5 lugs conversion on your 4 lug e30 by using e36 5 lug but there you have a problem … With standard e36 knuckles and control arms your front wheels are not centred in the arch !! To center the wheel in the arch you have to buy offset control arm bushings and 2 new 1996+ e36 m3 control arms that will cost you up to 500$ if you can still find evo’s arms !!! This kit will let you use e36 non-M or M3 complete knuckle assemblies on your e30 control arms.

There is the only affordable solution !! 100% bolt on !!

A version with poly bushing is available in the configuration tab. That’s a kit that having a bearing type plastic instead of brass ( infos and picture here )

-You can see a step by step installation process of this kit HERE.

Parts required for the Front End:
-Complete e36 front knuckles with brake calipers, rotor, hub assembly, wheel, and coilover.
-Stock e30 control arms or e36 non-m3 control arms ( they have the same geometry ). You can also use e46 control arms and grind down the hexagonal control arm bushing end to make it round.
-Use your stock e30 shock top plate and install them on the E36 struts or drill 2 holes on your shock towers to keep the e36 top plates.
-Bolt everything in place, connect all brake lines, bleed your brakes.
-Take a ride !
-This kit is made from steel for the housing, oiled brass for the bushing and then powder coated.

*Please ensure that you having exactly 20mm diameter at the end of the control that slides into the bushing, some aftermarket control arms may have thick paint that needs sanded off to properly fit into the control arm bushing, please sand the paint down prior installing this kit! The sleeves are designed for moving with the control arm to ensure proper wear protection. They can’t move properly if you force them on, so please sand the end of the control arm to be 20mm in diameter.
*If you have special control arms that are 20.2mm, contact us, we can make you a custom kit easily for free !

Rear End Description:

Do you want bigger rear brakes ? Or just better BMW wheel options ? This kit will easily complete your 5 lug conversion on your E30. No need to find rare parts at the junkyard. We offer you the only safe conversion kit in the entire world ! This will upgrade the rotor size from the 258mm non-vented E30 rotors to 294mm vented rotors. The parking brake will also work ! No modification to the handbrake system needed !

Instruction:
-Remove the 4 lug hubs
-Press in the 5 lug hubs
-Install the adapter plates
-Bolt on your new rotors
-Bolt on your new calipers

*Some adjustment may be required – Professional installation is highly recommended.

Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A Hi, the difference in real life will be the maintenance more than the feeling. Plastic will require less care under wet and salt conditions. Brass will generally last longer with the proper lubrification schedule.
  2. A Hi, its a little more complex, you must have to contact us with every parts you have and what you want to achieve, to see what is possible to do in your case.
  3. A Hi, you can connect the same color wires and let the third one from E36 alone ( you can see it with images in the installation instructions : https://srs-concept.com/e30-front-5-lugs-conversion-installation/
  4. A The rear stay near the same, the front E36 spindles give around 15mm more than E30.
  5. A Hi, its 5x120 ( original BMW )
  6. A The rear trailing arms are not needed with this kit because is already including rear adapter ( with the with hubs option ). But if you want to use the rear trailing arms of the compact E36, you only need our front 5 lug bushing kit.
  7. A For the front E36 front lines work properly and for the rear we normally use E30 front lines to reach the port at the bottom of the calipers.
  8. A This seems like a simple question but its not, it depend on the knuckles you use, and also depend if you can get a compatible brakes for the rear ( to keep a correct bias ). The best should be to contact us directly with every specification you have and need. We should find a way to make it work as you want !
  9. A Do you mean, to installing a kit ? Its a good question, depending on the tools and skills you have, you can follow the installation instructions ( see the links in the description ). Here, it only take between 2 and 3 hours to complete a conversion, but we know what we are doing, we done that conversion several times ! You can figure a good day of job to learn and assemble everything correctly if you have every single parts you want to install ( you can cut on time if you skip some feature like ABS integration for example ).
  10. A The list is simple but have a lot of possibilities, shocks/coilovers, do you want ABS or not, what brake of brake do you want. You can get a good idea of what is needed in the installation instructions. Contact us if you have specific concenrs about your build !
  11. A Hi, at the rear, there is no changes, you keep your original suspension setup. But at the front, the e30 struts can't be used on the e36 knuckles. It have to be changed. But you still can find a similar rated suspension than the stock e30's.
  12. A You can mount the E36 front strut, you only need to re-drill two holes on the shock tower for keeping the E36 top plates. Or modify the pattern of the shock tower directly to get the E30 pattern.
  13. A Hi, you can use coilovers if you want use coilovers instead of normal suspension components. For example E36 front and E30 rear = Z3 or 318ti coilovers kit will fit. For E46 front and E30 rear, I'm not sure if a kit is available on the market. So you will need to order two separate half kit.
  14. A We don't have an exact measure for the front ( it will depend on the model of the knuckles you used ). For the rear, the Z4 hubs will only add 1.6mm each side.
  15. A No we do not provide front knuckles assembly, trailing arms or brake parts. We provide you the parts that you need to easily adapt oem/jobber parts to your E30. The full kit ( with hubs ) is including 2 hubs that can be hard to found depending on your country.
  16. A Yes absolutely, you will using the complete front E36 suspension and knuckles assembly. If you already have coilovers on your E30, you can normally contact the coilovers manufacturer or retailer to order E36 sleeves to install your E30 front coilovers in it. To be clear, when we talk about the coilover sleeves. We talking about the outside body of the coilovers, the parts with the big thread inside of it and that the shock is screwed in it. This sleeve is welded on the E30 knuckles and are not compatible with the E36 knuckles because they are bolted with 3 bolts in this generation of BMW. You can contact us by email if you are not sure.
  17. A Hi, we are not sure about the fact of you have a Z3M and you put M3 brakes on it, They already have M3 brakes on originally. But if you have a non-m Z3 kit, the nearest kit we have will be for the rear to put M3 rear brakes on the 318ti trailing arms. Your situation must require you to contact us directly to insure exactly what kit you have and what you really need.
