If you want to swap to 5 lug on your e30 you need this kit to add caster ( place the wheel in the center of the front fender ).

FIT ON BMW E30 ( 318, 325, i, is, e, es ) and more !

Please note that we’ve made a recent revision of the front adapters to get a perfect fitment at each time !

Do you want to do a 5 lugs conversion on your 4 lug e30 by using e36 5 lug but there you have a problem … With standard e36 knuckles and control arms your front wheels are not centred in the arch !! To center the wheel in the arch you have to buy offset control arm bushings and 2 new 1996+ e36 m3 control arms that will cost you up to 500$ if you can still find evo’s arms !!! This kit will let you use e36 non-M or M3 complete knuckle assemblies on your e30 control arms.

This is the only affordable solution !! 100% bolt on !!

Parts required for the Front End:
-Complete e36 front knuckles with brake calipers, rotor, hub assembly, wheel, and coilover.
-Stock e30 control arms or e36 non-m3 control arms ( they have the same geometry ). You can also use e46 control arms and grind down the hexagonal control arm bushing end to make it round.
-Use your stock e30 shock top plate and install them on the E36 struts or drill 2 holes on your shock towers to keep the e36 top plates.
-Bolt everything in place, connect all brake lines, bleed your brakes.
-Take a ride !
-This kit is made from steel for the housing, oiled brass for the bushing and then powder coated.

For every one that don’t want to spend all his money to buy new and ultra rare parts ( now discontinued by the dealer ! )

*Please ensure that you having exactly 20mm diameter at the end of the control that slides into the bushing, some aftermarket control arms may have thick paint that needs sanded off to properly fit into the control arm bushing, please sand the paint down prior installing this kit! The sleeves are designed for moving with the control arm to ensure proper wear protection. They can’t move properly if you force them on, so please sand the end of the control arm to be 20mm in diameter.
*If you have special control arms that are 20.2mm, contact us, we can make you a custom kit easily for free !

    Really good product for e30 5×120 swap. Just remember to grind the ends on bumerangs and use torch on brass part to slip it on easier!

    The overall product is very good. I believe that this product deserves a 4 star rating due to inconsistencies in the two pieces, but the quality of the finish on these bushings is top notch. One bushing had an almost excessive amount of play between the bushing and the housing, and the dowell recesses were too large. Overall a very good product. I will continue to recommend to future customers.

  1. A The front increase a little but the rear stay the same.
  2. A Yes, as the Z3's use the E36 front suspension components.
  3. A Yes of course, it fit any models of E36 front spindles.
  4. A Some guys try this and seems to work as its supposed. But we don't test this method here yet to be 100% sure about how it fit.

  6. A We will need a little more precision about what model of European you talking about. If you talking about euro E36 yes it will fit.
  7. A Yes absolutely ! There is no problems holding 300hp. This kit is constantly tested in the most extrem conditions and never break.
  8. A The E36 ABS ring have the same number of signal per turn than the E30, The only thing is you have to change the E36 connector of the sensor to plug on your E30 system.

  13. A Yes the caster will be around 8-10deg. You can still adjust the shock top plates if you want more or less degrees.
  14. A Yes, as your wish. You can use M3 or non-M. Both options are compatible !
  15. A You can put E30 top plates on E36 front shock. They are compatible, but the pattern is not the same. The E30 pattern is not an equidistant triangle and the E36 yes. If you want to keep the E36 top plates ( like if you have a coilovers kit ) You will have to re-drill the good pattern on the car strut towers. ( You can re-drill the coilovers top plate too if you have access to a machine shop ).
  16. A No, in fact, these adapters wearing by inside. All the friction is between the housing and the sleeves. The arms will turn with the sleeves.
