FIT ON BMW  E30 ( 318, 325, i, is, e ), Z3 and 318ti

For every one that want space in his engine bay or clear space for a engine swap or a top mount turbo. Yes it gonna act as normal but firm, like a motorcycle, ATV or bicycle. The fact is you will push the oil yourself instead the booster. In normal situation you push a vacuum cushion who push the master cylinder at his turn. You need to know, its not feel like a broken booster. A broken or unconnected booster don’t let you push the master cylinder, you will push against an hard spring who is rated to hold between 20 and 50 lb/in2 negative psi. That’s why its so hard when you have a non functional brake assist and why some people are afraid of booster delete kit.

The clevis are made with brand new cold rolled steel

The adapter plate is in billet aircraft T6 aluminum

Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A Yes, you just have to plug it as usual in the same hose than original. The ABS will keep running because it will be feed by the same pressure.
  2. A This kit came with everything to be ''bolt on''. We provide you the necessary hardware. For the bias, you normally keep your original proportioning valve ( mounted on the side of the left frame rail ). The Bias is not changed unless you re-do the entire system.
  3. A Yes, in the worst case, you can use a 2psi residual pressure valve to keep the calipers primed. ( if your calipers have a tendance to retracting ).
  4. A The OEM 7/8'' is calibrated to work with a spring assisted with a vacuum cushioned behind it. You can't compress oil, the movement of your pedal in an assisted brake system is not the same calculation. The brake booster work as a % of a movement of the pedal and the brake booster delete kit work like a ''direct drive'' system. They act the same as an ATV or a motorcycle or race cars. You don't need a big bore master cylinder to be more like the OEM size because its not the same principle.
